She Kills Monsters

I was a stitcher and first hand for Ohio University's production of She Kills Monsters. I hand and machine sewed pieces based on the designers drawings and patterns. I worked with many unconventional and difficult materials, like faux fur, molded and pattened vinyl, feathers, wigs, leather, and more.

This was the first time I had worked in a working theater costume shop. All my previous experience was in a high school theater department doing alterations and making children's costumes.
